STEMCELL Technologies Double Chamber Slide Kit, Size: 1 Kit
Use the Double Chamber Slide Kit for the culture, fixation, and staining of collagen-based cultures. The kit includes: • MegaCult™-C Double Chamber Slides (/products/megacult-c-double-chamber-slides.html) for performing colony assays in collagen gels using MegaCult™-C (/products/brands/megacult-megakaryocyte-progenitor-assay.html) or other collagen-based media to detect hematopoietic progenitor cells. The chamber slide system allows for culture, fixation, and immunocytochemical staining of hematopoietic colony assays to be performed on the same slide. • Filter Cards and Spacers (/products/filter-cards-and-spacers.html) for the dehydration of collagen-based gels following culture. The kit provides sufficient slides, filter cards, and spacers (48 of each) to perform 24 duplicate assays (two slides) or 48 single assays (one slide). Ibidi USA µ-Slide 2 Well Co-Culture, ibiTreat - Tissue Culture Treated Polymer Coverslip
The ibidi product family is comprised of a variety of µ-Slides and µ-Dishes, which have all been designed for high-end microscopic analysis of fixed or living cells. The high optical quality of the polymer material is similar to that of glass. This allows the researcher to perform a wide variety of fluorescence experiments with uncompromised resolution and choice of wavelength. The µ–Slide 2 Well Co–Culture is comprised of two arrays of 3×3 square fields whereby cells can be cultivated and investigated with microscopical methods. It is intended for investigating experimental parameters such as antibody dilution, seeding density or most effective drug concentrations. Chamber slides combine a media-containing chambered super-structure with a standard soda lime glass slide or Permanox plastic slide, sealing the two together with a biologically inert silicone gasket. After cells are grown, the chamber and gasket are easily removed. The slide may then be fixed, stained, cover slipped, and filed with the usual convenience. These slides, once fixed and stained, can be embedded.
Packed in a sterile sealed tray, 8 units per tray. Permanox does not interfere with fluorescent label.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Lab-Tek II Slide, 4 Chamber, 2 Trays
Lab-Tek II Chamber Slide products offer optimal surface for excellent attachment and growth of cells, easily distinguished by the blue mark. This design allows for the removal of the media chamber and adhesive from the slide, using a separation device. The blue hydrophobic border is raised slightly and isolates the individual wells, and prevents cross contamination. The slide can be coversliped.
Chamber Slide products are sterile and have removable, polystyrene media chambers. Glass microscope slides are low fluorescent (25 x 75 x 1.2 mm) with rounded corners, SuperFrost printed area, and inert hydrophobic well border printed on slide. The adhesive is biocompatible. Polystyrene covers.

These disposable liquid-holding wells are pre-cut, twin adhesive well stickers (1cm diameter) firmly adhere to microscope slides. Examine specimens with or without cover slips.
